Bill Grannary
Bill brings to CANAM a unique perspective in the Franchising world having worked for both Franchisors and Franchisees. Working for small businesses and large national companies, Bill has experienced the ups and downs of each and can easily relate to franchisees wanting to run their own business. Bill understands the franchising business and knows what to look for in a good franchise and a good franchisee.
Bill brings to the table years of experience in Site Location and Lease Negotiations. In most franchises, location is critical and Bill's experience in site location is invaluable to a potential franchise. Once the location is determined the complex process of Lease Negotiations begin and the dollar savings both short and long term can be substantial if handled by an experienced negotiator.
Having migrated from Ontario to Alberta many years ago, Bill now makes his home in Edmonton, Alberta with his wife, two teenage children and Baxter the Bichon. Other than a few too many cold winter days, Bill loves Alberta and sees it as the land of opportunity, built by entrepreneurial minded individuals like franchise owners.
