Mr. Weeks is a dynamic, results-oriented leader focusing on international franchise management opportunities where global market penetration, profitability, and a resourceful, entrepreneurial spirit define the standard for achievement.
He has an accomplished 25-year background in international management and development with responsibility for franchise systems ranging from $20 to $120 million in sales revenue. He has outstanding cross-cultural adaptation abilities with fluency in Spanish, broad-based international experience, and a valuable network of business contacts secured while residing and/or working in 24 countries in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, the Americas, and Asia.
Mr. Weeks has notable success and expertise in the critical multi-unit management areas of: turnkey project execution and management; operations standards, systems and controls; multi-unit restaurant operations; international team building and training; concept development; market research; and franchise relations.
He has actual on-site start-up, development and operations and executive experience in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He is a graduate of the Thunderbird MBA program.
