Chris Chettle
Chris recently joined CANAM with over 14 years of experience in developing businesses throughout North America. Following his graduation from the University of British Columbia in 1989 with a Bachelor of Commerce, Chris secured a position with a small Canadian high technology firm where he was responsible for pioneering the company's first sales efforts into the United States. After a few years, he was promoted to Director of Sales with revenues having grown to almost $5 Million and over 90% of these sales coming from the US market.
Since that time, Chris has held several senior management positions in the areas of sales, marketing, and business development. Most recently, Chris was the Canadian Sales Manager for an international communications distributor. In addition to managing a national sales team generating over $48 Million annually, Chris was responsible for spearheading the establishment of a new business division mandated to bring products and services to the telecommunications industry.
At CANAM, Chris is bringing his business development expertise to the franchise world. In addition to providing consulting services to franchisors, he is assisting in the expansion and execution of CANAM's strategic marketing initiatives.
Chris has traveled extensively throughout North America and Europe and enjoys activities that include ice hockey, tennis, whitewater rafting and skiing. He currently resides in a suburb of Vancouver with his wife Sarah and two children Katie and Simon.
