Rob Lancit
Rob Lancit is responsible for the sales and development of franchise concepts and provides consulting services to franchisors looking to enter into the Canadian market. Rob brings over 16 years of management, marketing and sales experience to his clients. He has held several senior management positions in the computer retail, Internet, distribution and manufacturing industries. Rob interacts productively with a broad range of personalities and is a skilled motivator and trouble-shooter; he is also fluent in French. As a franchise development executive, Rob built international relationships in over 30 countries including Australia, Singapore, The United Kingdom, New Zealand and Italy.
Prior to founding CANAM Franchise Development Group, Rob held positions as Vice-President of Franchise Development and Director of Global Franchise Development for several well-known companies. In less than an 18 month period Rob has been personally responsible for selling over 32 North American franchises and 28 international master licenses generating over $2 million in immediate revenues with future revenues valued at over $10 million.
Rob is currently a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and is an active participant on the IFA's International Affairs Committee. A native of Montreal, Quebec, he currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia with his wife Elana and their two children Harley and Alyssa.
